Alina Ramirez Joyner founded AltaVia after more than two decades working across international, public, nonprofit, and private-sector organizations, advancing strategy, partnerships, organizational transformation, and institutional initiatives.

Her international academic and professional background brings together strategic judgment, institutional governance, organizational management, systems thinking, and long-term implementation across complex environments.
